Willow Creek - Phase 3
Willow Creek – Phase 3 in Hartford, CT, is a PHIUS-certified low-rise affordable housing development completed in 2022. Designed to meet Passive House standards, the project features INTUS triple-glazed tempered windows with 48mm glazing, enhancing thermal efficiency and occupant comfort. Installed using mounting brackets, the windows offer excellent air infiltration control (0.1 cfm/ft²), water resistance (7.52 psf), and structural durability (±50.13 psf). This project exemplifies sustainable multi-family design through energy performance and resilient construction.
