Whitemarsh Township Authority Administration Building
The Whitemarsh Township Authority Administration Building, located at 2015 Joshua Rd in Lafayette Hill, PA, is a low-rise institutional facility completed in 2022. This project reflects the integration of sustainable design and energy efficiency in civic architecture.
Outfitted with INTUS triple-glazed annealed glass windows featuring ClimaGuard® low-E coatings and 42mm glazing, the building achieves excellent thermal performance (U-value 0.14) and acoustic comfort (STC 33 / OITC 25). The window system was installed using aluminum flanges to meet the project's structural and design requirements.
