Villas on 24th is a high-rise student housing development located at 2313 Rio Grande Street in Austin, Texas. The project features INTUS energy-efficient window systems engineered to meet performance demands in multi-unit residential environments.

The building incorporates double-glazed units with 22mm thick tempered glass. The glazing system achieves a U-value of 0.25, Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) of 0.21, and visible transmittance of 0.42. Air infiltration is rated at 0.1 cfm/ft², with water penetration resistance of 10.65 psf and a design pressure of ±70.18 psf.

Acoustic performance reaches STC 31 / OITC 25, contributing to occupant comfort by reducing exterior noise. These window systems support long-term durability, energy savings, and thermal stability in high-rise student residences.
