The Ross

Completed in 2023, The Ross is a high-rise student housing development in Salisbury, Maryland, certified by the Passive House Institute (PHI). The building integrates INTUS high-performance window systems to ensure long-term energy efficiency, durability, and acoustic performance.

INTUS products used include 22mm and 24mm double-glazed units with SunGuard® Low-E coatings, annealed and tempered glass, and ceramic enamel for enhanced thermal control and design impact. The installed system achieves a U-value of 0.25, Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) of 0.14, and visible transmittance of 0.42 — supporting optimal energy performance and daylight use.
