Oliv Madison

Completed in 2024, Oliv Madison is a mid-rise student housing development located at 339 W Gorham Street in Madison, Wisconsin. Designed with sustainability and performance in mind, the project features INTUS energy-efficient window systems tailored for multi-unit residential buildings.

The windows are double-glazed with ClimaGuard® Low-E coatings, tempered glass, and optional bird-safe glazing. Available in 22mm and 24mm thicknesses, the glazing system delivers a U-value of 0.25, SHGC of 0.22, and visible transmittance of 0.62. Air infiltration is limited to 0.1 cfm/ft², and water penetration resistance is rated at 10.03 psf. Design pressure reaches ±50.13 psf.

With acoustic performance rated at STC 32 / OITC 26, the system supports a quieter indoor environment. Installed using a combination of receptor systems and mounting brackets, INTUS Windows contribute to long-term durability and precision fit.
