Oliv Boulder

Completed in 2024, Oliv Boulder is a mid-rise student housing development located at 1750 15th Street in Boulder, Colorado. The project features INTUS high-performance window systems designed for energy efficiency, durability, and acoustic control in residential applications.

The building incorporates double-glazed windows with 22mm and 24mm thick tempered glass, including configurations for high-altitude performance. The glazing system delivers a U-value of 0.25, SHGC of 0.23, and visible transmittance of 0.62. Air infiltration is rated at 0.06 cfm/ft², with water penetration resistance of 10.03 psf and a design pressure of ±50.13 psf.

Acoustic performance reaches STC 32 / OITC 26, contributing to a comfortable indoor environment for student living. The windows are installed using aluminum L-angles and aluminum flanges, ensuring a secure and weather-resistant installation.
