Melrose North

Designed to meet Passive House standards and achieve LEED Gold certification, Melrose North incorporates energy-efficient features to enhance sustainability and resident comfort. The building includes approximately 5,000 square feet of community facility space, which houses a youth arts education center operated by the DreamYard Project. Additional amenities comprise community and computer rooms, an outdoor gym, laundry facilities, a play area, a community garden, and an 11th-floor sun terrace. The development also features a new accessible ramp to the adjacent Melrose Metro-North station and a trash compactor serving the neighboring NYCHA properties.
