Hyatt Place Kent Narrows, located at 3028 Kent Narrow Way S, Grasonville, MD 21638, is a mid-rise hospitality project completed in 2022. The building integrates INTUS double-glazed windows featuring 24mm thick annealed and tempered glass with SunGuard® low-E coating and ceramic enamel finish. These windows, installed using aluminum flanges, offer a U-value of 0.25, SHGC of 0.21 and Visual Transmittance of 0.41, enhancing the building's energy efficiency and thermal performance. Additional specifications include air infiltration of 0.1 cfm/ft², water penetration resistance of 6.06 psf, design pressure of ±40.1 psf, and sound performance ratings of STC 32 / OITC 26.
