Hub Tallahassee

Hub Tallahassee is a mid-rise student housing development located at 504 W Tennessee Street in Tallahassee, Florida. The project uses INTUS energy-efficient window systems selected for thermal performance, acoustic control, and long-term durability in multi-unit housing.

The windows are double-glazed with 24mm and 39.52mm thick annealed and tempered glass, with optional ceramic enamel finishes. The system delivers a U-value of 0.26, SHGC of 0.14, and visible transmittance of 0.41. Air infiltration is rated at 0.1 cfm/ft², water penetration at 6.06 psf, and design pressure at ±40.1 psf.

Acoustic performance reaches STC 43 / OITC 38. Windows are installed using mounting brackets and aluminum flanges.
