ABOUT PROJECT

HUB on Campus – Raleigh is a high-rise student housing development located at 111 Cox Avenue in Raleigh, North Carolina. The building integrates INTUS energy-efficient window systems developed to meet thermal, acoustic, and structural performance requirements in multi-unit residential applications.

The windows are double-glazed with 22mm and 24mm thick annealed and tempered glass. The system provides a U-value of 0.25, SHGC of 0.24, and visible transmittance of 0.61. Air infiltration is rated at 0.1 cfm/ft², water penetration resistance at 7.52 psf, and design pressure at ±50.13 psf.

Acoustic performance is rated STC 32 / OITC 26. Windows are installed using a receptor system and mounting brackets.
