Hub Athens

Hub Athens is a mid-rise student housing development located at 155 Mitchell Street in Athens, Georgia. The project features INTUS energy-efficient window systems designed to meet high-performance standards in multi-unit residential applications.

The windows are double-glazed with 24mm thick tempered glass. Performance values include a U-value of 0.25, SHGC of 0.13, and visible transmittance of 0.36. Air infiltration is rated at 0.1 cfm/ft², water penetration resistance at 8.15 psf, and design pressure at ±40.1 psf.

Acoustic performance reaches STC 34 / OITC 30. All units are installed using aluminum flanges.
