Holderness School Math & Science Building
Holderness School Math & Science Building, located at 33 Chapel Ln in Holderness, NH, is a mid-rise institutional facility completed in 2021. This project showcases the integration of sustainable design and energy efficiency in educational architecture.
The building features INTUS triple-glazed tempered windows with 42mm glazing, delivering a U-value of 0.14, SHGC of 0.20, and visual transmittance of 0.52. These high-performance windows ensure excellent thermal insulation and daylighting, while achieving sound ratings of STC 33 / OITC 25 to maintain a quiet, focused learning environment.
Windows were installed using mounting brackets, supporting the mid-rise design and construction requirements.
