East Village Homes (aka Lower East Side NCP)
East Village Homes, located at 302 E 2nd St in New York, NY, is a high-rise affordable housing project completed in 2020. Certified with PHI and Energy Star, the building is designed for high energy efficiency and long-term sustainability.
The project features INTUS double-glazed tempered windows with laminated glass and glazing thicknesses of 40.76mm and 41.52mm. Installed using mounting brackets, these windows deliver excellent thermal insulation (U-value 0.26), solar heat gain control (SHGC 0.25), and sound performance (STC 45 / OITC 36)—ensuring energy savings, acoustic comfort, and enhanced interior quality for residents.
