Deerfield Assisted Living, located at 1101 Lake Cook Rd in Deerfield, IL, is a mid-rise senior living facility thoughtfully designed to support thermal comfort, energy performance, and resident well-being. Outfitted with INTUS high-performance triple-glazed windows featuring 42mm annealed glass, the project delivers exceptional thermal insulation with a U-value of 0.15 and solar control with an SHGC of 0.11.

Installed using aluminum flanges, the window systems provide excellent resistance to air infiltration at 0.1 cfm/ft², water penetration of 8.15 psf, and a design pressure rating of ±40.1 psf. With acoustic ratings of STC 35 and OITC 27, residents enjoy a quieter and more comfortable indoor environment.
