Compassion Senior Living, located at 6223 Catharine Street in Philadelphia, PA, is a thoughtfully designed mid-rise senior living community focused on energy efficiency, durability, and resident comfort.

Outfitted with INTUS high-performance double-glazed windows in 22mm, 24mm, and 30mm thicknesses, the system includes a mix of annealed, tempered, and frosted glazing options to enhance both thermal performance and visual privacy. Installed using durable mounting brackets, the windows achieve a U-value of 0.26, a Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) of 0.13, and a Visual Transmittance of 0.41.

Additional performance features include excellent air infiltration control at 0.1 cfm/ft², water resistance of 10.65 psf, and a robust design pressure rating of ±70.18 psf.
