Cedar Pointe

Cedar Pointe, located at 550 Cedar Street in Newington, CT, is a mid-rise affordable, multi-family Passive House development focused on high-performance building standards and resident comfort.

The building is equipped with INTUS triple-glazed annealed and tempered windows with 42mm glazing, installed using mounting brackets. These energy-efficient window systems were selected for their superior thermal insulation, low air infiltration, and sound performance (STC 33 / OITC 25) – ensuring quieter and more comfortable interior spaces.

This project demonstrates how INTUS Windows supports sustainable housing by delivering durable, high-efficiency window technologies for long-term building performance and environmental impact reduction.
