Breakwater North Harbor

Breakwater North Harbor, located at 254 Lynnway in Lynn, MA, is a mid-rise multi-family residential development completed in 2021. Designed with energy efficiency in mind, the building features INTUS double-glazed windows with 22mm and 24mm tempered and annealed glass, enhanced by ClimaGuard® low-E coatings.

These high-performance window systems were installed using both mounting brackets and aluminum flanges to ensure optimal thermal performance and airtightness. Delivering a U-value of 0.25, SHGC of 0.27, and sound performance ratings of STC 35 / OITC 29, the windows contribute to enhanced occupant comfort, noise reduction, and long-term sustainability.

This project reflects the growing demand for energy-efficient coastal housing while maintaining modern architectural standards.
