37 Hillside Ave., located in New York, NY, is a mid-rise senior living community thoughtfully designed for enhanced energy performance, durability, and resident comfort. The building features INTUS triple-glazed tempered windows with 42mm glazing, delivering outstanding thermal efficiency, weather protection, and long-term durability.
Installed with secure mounting brackets, the windows provide excellent air infiltration control at 0.1 cfm/ft², water resistance of 7.52 psf, and design pressure performance rated ±50.13 psf. This project underscores the value of high-performance window systems in creating quiet, comfortable, and sustainable living environments for seniors.
