30 Penniman, a mid-rise multifamily residence in Allston, MA, integrates INTUS 22mm double-glazed tempered windows to enhance energy efficiency and indoor comfort. The system achieves a U-value of 0.26 and sound ratings of STC 32 / OITC 26.
Installed with a combination of mounting brackets and aluminum flanges, the windows contribute to thermal performance, water resistance, and acoustic insulation—supporting sustainable living in a dense urban environment.
