In late 2024, we achieved a significant milestone by integrating our logistics module within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system with an external Transportation Management System (TMS). This integration has revolutionized our operations, providing end-to-end visibility and automation throughout the entire delivery journey.
Enhanced End-to-End Visibility
The integration of our Logistics Module with the TMS offers comprehensive oversight from the moment we book a container to its final delivery at the job site. This seamless connection allows us to:
Automated Booking and Documentation. We can now efficiently place bookings with shipping companies and steamship lines, submit necessary documents, and track containers in real time.
Proactive Client Communication. As soon as a container leaves our facility, automated notifications are sent to our clients, detailing essential information such as pallet packing lists, global packing lists, loading pictures, and priority lists. If there are any changes or schedule updates during transit, our system promptly informs clients, addressing potential questions and eliminating information gaps.
Personalized Pre-Delivery Coordination
As we approach the delivery date, our dedicated customer service team will engage with clients through scheduled pre-delivery meetings. These sessions cover critical details, including packing lists, the number of pallets, dimensions, and weight, ensuring clients are well-prepared for a successful and smooth unloading process.
Looking Ahead: Advancements for 2025
Building upon our commitment to excellence, we are enhancing delivery process visibility for our clients in 2025. Beyond communicating the container's status and planned delivery dates, clients will have 24/7 access to the exact location of their shipments. This real-time tracking will be integrated into the MyINTUS portal, providing customers with continuous updates on their shipments' status.

The MyINTUS portal is designed to elevate the client experience by offering 24/7 access to all project documents in a centralized location. This platform ensures enhanced support throughout the entire project lifecycle, from the Letter of Intent (LOI) to project closeout.
By integrating our Logistics module within the ERP system with a TMS, we have streamlined transportation processes, significantly improving operational efficiency. This integration automates critical tasks such as load planning, carrier selection, document submission and route optimization eliminating manual processes, reducing human errors, and enhancing overall logistics performance.
