Our Hiring Process

Applying

Your candidacy begins once you apply for a position at INTUS through our job advertisements on social media, job boards, or our official website.

Interviewing

1. Screening Interview - introductory interview with selected candidates. Takes up to 30 mins. 2. Topgrading Interview – interview with a hiring manager. Takes from 1 to 1.5 hours. 3. Focused Interview – cultural fit interview. Scheduled at the hiring manager's request for specific positions.

Reference Stage

Candidates are asked to provide 2-3 contact references for a reference check. Following these reference interviews, a final decision will be made.

Job offer

The job offer will be presented to the candidate via email or during a scheduled meeting on MS Teams.
