The Otis (Scott's Addition)
The Otis, located at 1661 Roseneath Rd in Richmond, VA, is a mid-rise residential development in the heart of Scott’s Addition. Certified LEED Silver, the building emphasizes sustainability and comfort through its use of high-performance building materials.
The project features INTUS double-glazed windows with 22mm annealed and tempered glass, ClimaGuard® low-E coatings, and frosted extras. Installed with mounting brackets and aluminum flanges, these windows deliver superior thermal insulation (U-value 0.25), visual clarity (VT 0.62), and sound performance (STC 32 / OITC 26), aligning with the development’s environmental goals and urban lifestyle.
