St. Albans Cycle of Life in Queens, New York doesn’t interfere with the surrounding residential area with its 4 story low-rise design and benefits the community greatly. INTUS Arcade steel reinforced polymer windows keep residents comfortable during all four of New York’s extreme seasons and reduce sound.
This affordable mixed-use multifamily building is dedicated to serving the Saint Albans community at all their stages of life. The inter-generational project spreads across 80,000 total SF, with 9,200 SF of multi-purpose space, 67 affordable housing units, a conference room, full-size basketball court, on-site laundry, bike storage, outdoor recreation space, and facilities to support programming for the Presbyterian Church of St. Albans who sponsored the development.
