West Turner Residences (formerly known as Sacred Heart) keeps life quiet and comfortable for seniors living and getting care there thanks to INTUS Arcade steel reinforced polymer window assemblies, and Arcade and Eforte polymer storefronts. This 4 story senior living building offers 61 high-quality apartment homes and was one of the first project in Pennsylvania to receive passive house certification.
Developed in partnership with St. Luke’s Sacred Heart Hospital, this multifamily project offers holistic access for residents with 5,000 SF of geriatric, physical therapy, and other senior focused medical functions. Located on the first floor, these services are available to residents and the general public.
