Muller Residence

Located at 555 Nereid Avenue in the Bronx, NY, Muller Residence is a mid-rise multifamily building designed to accommodate low-income and disabled residents. The building underwent a renovation in 2020 to improve energy efficiency and enhance the living conditions for its residents.

As part of the retrofit, the building was upgraded with INTUS double-glazed tempered windows featuring 22mm glazing, installed using mounting brackets. These high-performance windows provide excellent thermal insulation, noise reduction, and energy savings, creating a comfortable and sustainable living environment.
