In addition to achieving PHIUS Certification, it’s LEED Silver certified. INTUS Eforte triple pane steel reinforced polymer turn windows are throughout this 15 story multi-family project. The building has 154 units, 46 of which are reserved for formerly homeless tenants as part of NYC’s Our Space program. Spaceworks operates the ground floor which serves as a 4,300 SF community facility and affordable studio and gallery space for local artists.
