SUMMARY OF POSITION

 

The Field Technician will be responsible for diagnosing problems, developing a solution, and implementing the needed repair.  A Field Technician will also be working with product development testing’s, which includes field water testing, and product support during lab testing. The successful candidate will also provide on-site installation training, field technical questions, and provide service for client’s claims. This position requires ability to travel daily. The Field Technician will report directly to Field Service Manager.

                   

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

§  Provide superior field support on INTUS Windows products by performing installation and adjustment service for new and previously installed projects

§  Train new installers who are using INTUS Windows for the first time

§  Perform the “hands-on” portion of the INTUS Certified Installer Training

§  Answer technical questions from both internal and external customers

§  Analyze improper installation situations and determine the best actions to be taken to fix any existing issue in an efficient and cost-effective manner

§  Keep team members informed as needed of customer interactions and actions taken

§  Keep the service area neat and organized

§  Provide product solutions and service in the field

§  Provide Active Claim Management reports to the Field Service Manager for processing

§  Provide Daily reports, including required actions from back office staff, to the Field Service Manager

§  Attend and oversee laboratory & field-testing procedures

§  Attend jobsite trailer meetings as it relates to window installation training, pre-delivery training, and creation of remediation plans

§  Assist clients and installers with the installation of Mock-Up windows

§  Demonstrate an understanding of our product offering, our product functionality, and how to troubleshoot product issues

§  Communicate effectively with clients, including architects, general contractors, and installers, to provide excellent customer experience

Summary of Position

 

The Accounting Manager is responsible to maintain and manage full accounting process of the company. Provides financial information to management by preparing and analyzing accounting data, prepares financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. We’re looking for an organized and driven Accounting Manager to join our growing team at our company. The Accounting Manager position will work closely with our other accountants and Senior Finance Manager and handle day-to-day operational transactions. We’re an energetic company and are looking for a passionate individual to join our organization and revitalize our record keeping and bring more organization to our day to day financials.

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Manage and oversee all aspects of accounting including but not limited to, A/P, A/R, cash receipts, reconciliations, fixed assets, inventory, month and year-end close process to ensure general ledger account information is accurate, consistent, traceable, and auditable

·       Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in the payroll system; information may include employee’s hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, address changes, and other information.

·       Reconciles payroll to the general ledger and monthly bank statements

·       Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices

·       Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions

·       Maintains 401K bi-weekly reporting, reconciliations and proper record keeping.

·       Prepare balance sheet and profit and loss statements and other accounting schedules and reports

·       Respond to all accounting inquiries in a timely manner and with the highest level of customer service

·       Assist with financial audits and reviews performed by third parties to ensure accuracy and proper justification of financial records

·       Assist with preparation of budgets and forecasts as needed

·       Investigate and research proper accounting treatments for certain transactions as needed

·       Work with Senior Finance Manager to establish and monitor principles and practices, develop procedures to ensure effective accounting controls are in place and working effectively.

·       Prepares schedules required by external tax accountants

·       Sales tax calculation and payment

·       Nexus research for new sales tax accounts

·       Opens new sales tax account

·       1099 reports filing

·       Reviews Payment terms and participates in difficult questions related to review of Credit applications/Tax exemption/Bond verifications/

·       Lead, develop, mentor, and motivate accounting staff to maintain a high level of employee commitment and self-reliant achievement of the company goals

·       Performs other duties as assigned within department


Requirements

Qualifications (computer & communication skills, training, certification, etc.):

·       Strong knowledge of GAAP

·       Expert level of proficiency using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel and proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop.

·       Must have the ability to communicate effectively to management and professionals at all levels and with diverse backgrounds.

·       Detail oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deliverables

·       Must be customer service focused.

·       Must possess the ability to coordinate, obtain and analyze data from a variety of sources, both internal and external, to the department.

·       Must have flexibility to continually respond to frequent shifts in priorities and to fulfill the requirements of senior management and department leaders.

·       Must possess the ability to achieve results without direct line accountability.

 

Education and/or Experience:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

·       5-10 years of professional experience (accrual accounting)

·       Work experience for the companies with 50+ people

·       CPA or EA

·       Experience of payroll processing for 100+ employees

·       Experience in working with multiple legal entities

·       Experience in the construction industry, R&D Tax credits is a plus

·       Eager to learn and look for opportunities to improve and accepts changes

SUMMARY

Drafter/BIM designer is responsible for development of our product database. A main goal is to create/convert all the drawings to 3D/BIM environment while cooperating with producers, suppliers and colleagues.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Creation of component BIM objects;
  • Preparation of window shop drawings, installation details;
  • Coordination and monitoring of shop drawing submission schedule;
  • Presenting work results in a creative and attractive way;
  • Drawing assigning elements in different layers using Autodesk;
  • Drawing of structural cut sections, elevations, details;
  • Assisting Engineers in the development and presentation of drawings.

Requirements
  • Have a strong technical background;
  • Have practical experience of working with BIM/AutoCAD modeling environment for at least 2 years;
  • Be Autodesk AutoCAD 3D or SolidWorks proficient.
  • Have great English language skills;
  • Have excellent attention to details, be well organized. Result oriented personality;
  • Able to work under pressure and tight work schedules;
  • Have a BA degree in engineering or equivalent;
  • Experience with Illustrator or InDesign would be an advantage.

  • Oversight and task management of the Drafting Department (shop drawings, installation details and other with drafting related tasks assigned by Drafting manager). 

  • Guide and advise all company’s employees with drafting related questions such as (but not limited to) installation of Intus products, drafting timelines. 

  • Assess department’s capacity and hire A players when needed. 

  • Continuously train subordinates and new team members. 

  • Set goals and KPIs for each subordinate team member. 

  • Create policies, standards. 

  • Assure high performance and productivity of drafting department. 

  • Continuous improvement by implementing new features and upgrading existing ones. 

  • Assure that department’s tasks are completed within pre-determined timelines and according to set priorities. 

  • Day to day scheduling/resource management of multiple people. Distribution of tasks. Delegating. 

  • Introduction and training for the Drafting team about newly developed products. 

  • Keep team’s motivation high via scheduled meetings with subordinates (daily, one on one, and annual meetings). 

  • Assure top-notch quality of shop drawings. 


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

  • High emotional intelligence 

  • At least two years of drafting experience. 

  • Minimum one year of management experience preferred. 

  • Advanced written and spoken English (B2 level minimum) 

  • Intelligent to absorb and understand new information 

  • Skillful with Autocad, other drafting programs
