SUMMARY
Project Managers are at the heart of our commercial window and door sales team. This is a hybrid sales and operational role that requires core competencies of articulate communication, organization, and negotiation. You are responsible for commercial window and door sales from the receipt of a letter of intent up until the point that the order is released to our in-house production team. Duties include drafting and negotiating contract terms with clients, coordinating design and installation detail changes to the shop drawings with our in-house Drafting team, negotiating payment terms and obtaining deposits from clients, negotiating any price changes due to changes in the design or scope of the order, coordinating informational and physical submittal packages, and preparing priority lists for our Production and Logistics teams.
This role is best suited for people who enjoy digging into technical details and working closely with an international team of high performers. You must possess an innate sales acumen, the ability to build rapport with both clients and international teammates, strong written and verbal communication skills, and an outstanding ability to organize information to keep projects on schedule.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Moving projects through the completion of the
sale to the release to production
- Organizing, planning, and prioritizing work
— Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish

- Daily communication (telephone, email, internal
systems) with clients and various internal teams
- Establishing and maintaining interpersonal
relationships — Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships
with clients and maintaining them over time.
- Answering customers’ questions about products,
prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms
- Drafting and negotiating contractual terms
directly with clients
- Coordinating the delivery of physical and
informational project submittals
- Coordinating the details for and ordering/delivery
of mock-up (project-specific sample) window(s)
- Coordinating internally and externally on the
estimation or quotation of revisions to prices, credit or contract terms,
warranties, and delivery expectations
- Coordinating the receipt of documents needed to
release projects to production
- Staying up to date with INTUS product
developments, service information, and competing products and services
- Anticipating and troubleshooting issues that
may impact the successful execution and timely delivery of the order
- Professionally representing INTUS when
communicating with external collaborators, including but not limited to
customers, architects, the public, government, professional associations, and
other external sources.

Requirements
- A minimum of
2-4 years of project management or sales experience. Experience in commercial window sales/service or commercial construction is a plus.

SUMMARY

- Creating shop drawings by established company

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate international
deliveries from Lithuania to the United States
- Plan and book containers with
steamship lines and carriers
- Negotiate with steamship lines
on a regular basis to ensure the best rates for booked containers
- Prepare shipping documents in
compliance with international standards for every container
- Ensure timely submission of
all needed documentation to steamship lines and US ports
- Communicate with company
broker and file necessary documentation, including ISFs, Arrival Notices, etc.
- Entering data and updating
information in the company’s data management system
- Monitor all shipments and provide
clear, proactive communication to clients about their shipments’ status,
including information about delays or delivery issues.
- Plan and coordinate ground
transportation in the United States according to vessel arrival schedule
- Tracking the status of planned
bookings to identify potential delays or delivery issues
