ABOUT INTUS WINDOWS

INTUS Windows creates high performing windows and doors that conserve energy, increase thermal performance, and reduce noise.  By balancing superb energy efficiency, affordability, and versatility, INTUS makes sustainable building attainable for any type of commercial project in North America.

We are at the forefront of a global movement permanently changing design, planning, and construction practices to produce buildings with reduced carbon footprints, setting a standard of sustainable living for generations to come.

As a business we measure our success in three key areas of growth:  people, profit, and the health of our planet.  We are uniquely positioned for significant growth over the coming decade in both the commercial new construction and commercial retrofit markets.  Get on board – your time is now.

SUMMARY

We need a mission-driven, self-motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team.  An Inside Sales Representative is not responsible for prospecting and qualifying potential projects; we have a team dedicated to doing that.  Your job is to initiate contact and schedule meetings with key architectural firms, general contractors, real estate developers and installation companies, and in consultation with internal Subject Matter Experts craft customized solutions to meet the needs of our clients.  Successful Inside Sales Representatives convert those potential projects into sales while developing long-term working relationships with our clients to drive repeat business.

A successful Inside Sales Representative is competitive, intellectually curious, organized, an outstanding and empathic listener, and a keen observer who builds instant rapport and is obsessed with achieving customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet benchmarks for forming new and ongoing partnerships with commercial construction professionals to be their preferred window supplier
  • Maintaining a database of existing and potential customers and prospective projects
  • Contacting existing and potential customers via outbound calls to gather information and, in consultation with a team of Subject Matter Experts, recommend products based on the   customer’s needs and a project’s specifications
  • Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, demonstrate products, explain product features, and ask for orders
  • Negotiating pricing, managing estimation of quotes, answering questions about products, credit terms, warranties, and delivery expectations
  • Becoming an industry expert by staying engaged with new INTUS product developments while also gathering information about competing products and services
  • Professionally representing the INTUS brand by embodying our culture when communicating internally with your teammates and externally with our clients

COMPANY CULTURE

What you do is who you are.  Uncommonly optimistic, we look for confident people with can-do attitudes and growth mindsets who create positive change.  We are relentlessly dedicated to improving ourselves and innovating our products to better our environment.

Judge us by the company we keep – we are a team of A players who believe in surrounding high performers with motivated, like-minded people.  A multinational corporation based in both the US and Europe, we encourage, support, and celebrate inclusion, constantly looking to expand and build upon our diversity.  In the United States our workforce is largely distributed, which means we work that much harder to sustain a connected community where every employee feels accepted, valued, and has a sense of belonging.

We are life-long learners committed to nurturing and developing our people so that we grow from within.  We value integrity, transparency, hard work and, above all else, harmonious teamwork.  We believe that every employee should be responsible, self-driven and accountable for his or her actions.

Our mission is to build a better future through carbon reduction; that is why we plant 1 tree for every window and door sold.  By aligning your passion and our mission we can change the built environment for good.  Join our growing team and be the author of the next chapters in our extraordinary story!
