SUMMARY


Project Managers are at the heart of our commercial window and door sales team.  This is a hybrid sales and operational role that requires core competencies of articulate communication, organization, and negotiation.  You are responsible for commercial window and door sales from the receipt of a letter of intent up until the point that the order is released to our in-house production team.  Duties include drafting and negotiating contract terms with clients, coordinating design and installation detail changes to the shop drawings with our in-house Drafting team, negotiating payment terms and obtaining deposits from clients, negotiating any price changes due to changes in the design or scope of the order, coordinating informational and physical submittal packages, and preparing priority lists for our Production and Logistics teams.   

This role is best suited for people who enjoy digging into technical details and working closely with an international team of high performers.  You must possess an innate sales acumen, the ability to build rapport with both clients and international teammates, strong written and verbal communication skills, and an outstanding ability to organize information to keep projects on schedule. 


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Moving projects through the completion of the sale to the release to production
  • Organizing, planning, and prioritizing work — Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
  • Daily communication (telephone, email, internal systems) with clients and various internal teams
  • Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships — Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with clients and maintaining them over time.
  • Answering customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms
  • Drafting and negotiating contractual terms directly with clients
  • Coordinating the delivery of physical and informational project submittals
  • Coordinating the details for and ordering/delivery of mock-up (project-specific sample) window(s)
  • Coordinating internally and externally on the estimation or quotation of revisions to prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery expectations
  • Coordinating the receipt of documents needed to release projects to production
  • Staying up to date with INTUS product developments, service information, and competing products and services
  • Anticipating and troubleshooting issues that may impact the successful execution and timely delivery of the order
  • Professionally representing INTUS when communicating with external collaborators, including but not limited to customers, architects, the public, government, professional associations, and other external sources.

Requirements


  • A minimum of 2-4 years of project management or sales experience. Experience in commercial window sales/service or commercial construction is a plus. 
  • Positive attitude, growth mindset, humility, and self-awareness
  • Self-driven, takes initiative, highly motivated to problem-solve and to succeed
  • Enjoys working both independently and collaborating with an international team
  • Empathic listener with high-level verbal/written communication skills. Open, honest, and approachable 
  • Customer service acumen, including ability to patiently isolate customers’ needs, de-escalate tension, and generate customer satisfaction
  • Sales acumen, including ability to persuade and negotiate.  Prior sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, and analytical prowess. Willingness to learn new approaches and technical skills. 
  • Excellent digital skills, specifically related to MS Office applications. Ideally some experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.com., Zoho CRM or any other similar platform
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change and to think on your feet.
  • Ability to conduct virtual calls/presentations from a professional home-based office or dedicated space conducive to presenting without interruption.


ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 


·         Ability to read architectural drawings, construction specifications, and test reports

SUMMARY

We need a mission-driven and self-motivated Field Support Specialist to join our team. A Field Support Specialist is responsible for the well-being of our customers, including installers, general contractors, developers, and building owners. S/he diagnoses problems, develops solutions, and implements repairs as needed to ensure a positive experience and successful result. Field Support Specialists participate in quality assurance tests, project specific field tests, provide on-site installation training, answer technical questions, and provide service for clients’ claims.
Field Support Specialists are required to travel to construction sites, including but not limited to locations within your home territory.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Communicate directly with clients, including key architectural firms, general contractors, real estate developers, and installation companies
  • Provide field support on INTUS Windows products by performing installation and adjustment training services for new and previously installed projects
  • Answer technical questions from teammates and customers
  • Analyze improper installation methods and determine the best actions to be taken to fix any existing issue in an efficient and cost-effective manner

  • Attend and oversee field-testing

  • Assist clients and installers with the installation of Mock-Up windows

SUMMARY

You will work on various drafting tasks and ensure accurate and timely results. Current drafters are exercising independent judgment and self-development with minimal direction from the Drafting Team Leader. Architectural drafters will be creating drawings of structural features and window installation designs. Elevation drafters will turn quoted project windows into shop drawings by adjusting automatically pre-drafted CAD files. You will be welcome to share your ideas and take the initiatives to realize professional eagerness. Willingness to retrain and learn new CAD software is essential to satisfy the company’s expansion and personal growth.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating shop drawings by established company standards from quotes to support the flawless manufacturing process and project management.
  • Creating window/door installation details according to existing architectural conditions and client’s demands. At the same time, apply the best practices to assure that INTUS products are structurally integrated and resistant to water/air leakage.
  • Communicating closely with Estimating and Product Development departments to maintain the highest information quality and precision in the drawings.
  • Taking responsibility for your shop drawing project timelines in the ERP system.
  • Weekly work on development tasks of personal growth and department improvements at ZOHO projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to analyze situations, solve problems and make decisions with minimal direction.

  • Brainstorming and conceptualizing new and innovative solutions with various teams throughout the organization

  • Coordinate international deliveries from Lithuania to the United States
  • Plan and book containers with steamship lines and carriers

  • Prepare shipping documents in compliance with international standards for every container
  • Ensure timely submission of all needed documentation to steamship lines and US ports
  • Communicate with company broker and file necessary documentation, including ISFs, Arrival Notices, etc.
  • Entering data and updating information in the company’s data management system
  • Monitor all shipments and provide clear, proactive communication to clients about their shipments’ status, including information about delays or delivery issues.
  • Plan and coordinate ground transportation in the United States according to vessel arrival schedule
  • Tracking the status of planned bookings to identify potential delays or delivery issues
  • Professionally representing the INTUS brand by embodying our culture when communicating internally with your teammates and externally with our clients.


Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced knowledge of international logistics procedures, specifically Ocean Freight
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent time management skills, organizational strategies, and the willingness to form new approaches, soft skills, and digital habits to quickly adapt to change
  • Highly motivated and self-driven.  Able to work independently while also collaborating with an international team
  • Open, honest, self-aware, approachable, and radically candid
  • Relentlessly positive attitude and growth mindset, always viewing challenges as opportunities in disguise
  • A problem-solver who enjoys the opportunity to work through adverse conditions, turning negatives into positives
  • High customer service acumen and empathic listening skills – ability to devote your full attention to what other people are saying, taking the time to understand the points being made, asking clarifying questions, and making the speaker feel important (heard, appreciated, and respected)
